The Adventures of Corey the Raccoon

Some paintings done back around 2002 for what was meant to be a second installment of the children's book "The Adventures of Corey The Raccoon". The general premise was that Corey was lost in the forest and is on quite an adventure as he meets all types of characters while trying to find his way home. What I liked the most about the project was the great message that the authors were trying to convey as well as their general ideas as to how the project was to be utilised. Unfortunately like so many other ideas it floundered due to lack of funding.

All in all I produced about 14 illustrations, some of which like those above were painted before the money ran out. I'll post some more of my favorites later.
